About the Founder

Generations of Growth was created by Ella Kang.

A former rhythmic gymnast, dancer, and artist, Ella is passionate about blending movement and creativity to improve mental and physical wellness. She created Generations of Growth to bring students and seniors together through movement, mindfulness, and joy.

Nicole Han

Nicole is from Winchester, MA and loves volunteering with Generations of Growth through their various art programs. In her free time, she also teaches English to elderly immigrants and loves trying new foods around Boston.

Averie Lee

Averie is a student at Concord Academy who has always enjoyed volunteering and spending time with seniors. She also has a lifelong interest in art, especially painting, drawing, and music.

Amelia Bala

Amelia is a student at Dana Hall School who is interested in community services and the natural sciences. She works with Ella to hold art sessions and enjoys getting to know and working alongside students and staff.
