Intergenerational Wellness Through Art, Movement, and Mindfulness
Generations of Growth empowers both youth and seniors through research-backed wellness classes that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.

Generations of Growth is a nonprofit based in the Greater Boston area focused on community wellness and connection across generations.
We started this organization to bring students like ourselves together with people of all ages—especially older adults—through art, mindfulness, and meaningful service. Our goal? To build empathy, reduce isolation, and create a stronger, more connected community by empowering both youth and seniors through research-backed wellness classes that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.

Kind Words
Hear what our lovely partners and past volunteers have to say!
"It has been such an added benefit for our members, our staff, and our program to have a volunteer commit to providing specific, engaging, and most of all fun program activities at our summer camp. Young people thrive when they have the opportunity to engage with positive adult mentors, and Ella certainly brought a level of enthusiasm and professionalism to our program."
Chris Duane, President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs MetroWest
“I strongly suggest this organization to other teens who want to volunteer in the community or are passionate about art and health! I had a lot of fun working with other teens and getting community service hours!”
